1. Cardiologists L.C., now UnityPoint Clinic-Cardiology in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, will only see patients at UnityPoint Health-St. Luke's in Cedar Rapids, effective June 1.
2. Ann Arbor-based University of Michigan Health System added two medical practices, Packard Health and the practice of Deborah Peery, MD, to its Pioneer accountable care organization.
3. Four cardiology practices in Charlotte, N.C., with a total of 46 physicians merged to form Novant Health Heart & Vascular Institute.
4. Sound Physicians, a hospitalist organization, entered into an agreement to provide hospitalist services at San Joaquin Community Hospital in Bakersfield, Calif.
