Canton, Ohio-based Cardiology One, a seven-physician cardiology group, will join Summa Physicians, the employed physician group of Akron, Ohio-based Summa Health System, effective June 1.
Cardiology One is also joining NewHealth Collaborative, an accountable care organization formed by Summa and a group of 400 physicians.
Cardiology One's clinical and administrative staff will continue seeing patients at their five current locations.
