Clearwater, Fla.-based Morton Plant Mease, part of BayCare Health System in Clearwater, has entered into a professional services agreement with Heart & Vascular Institute North, a cardiology group with five locations in Florida, according to a Tampa Bay Business Journal report.
The four-year agreement aims to align patient care and focus on quality patient outcomes, according to the report. The institute's physicians will remain independent.
