Morristown, N.J.-based Atlantic Health has formed an accountable care organization with more than 300 participating physicians.
3. Kentucky's Norton Healthcare, Humana Form ACO
Louisville, Ky.-based Norton Healthcare and insurer Humana joined to create the first ACO in the Louisville area.
