Tracy Conroy is stepping down as CEO of Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Ind., a hospital spokesperson confirmed to Becker's.

Karen Gallagher, MSN, RN, has joined Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, Ill., as vice president and chief nursing officer. 

Sarah Cook, RN, was named chief administrative officer of PeaceHealth Ketchikan Medical Center in Alaska, effective Oct. 28.

Mosaic Medical Center-Maryville (Mo.) has appointed an interim president following the resignation of Nate Blackford.

Worcester, Mass.-based UMass Memorial Health has named a new COO and made two other key organizational appointments.

Tracey Miller has been named COO of Lovelace Medical Group, part of Albuquerque, N.M.-based Lovelace Health System.

Bruce Carrier has been appointed chief human resources officer of Concord (N.H.) Hospital Health System.

Lexington (Ky.) Clinic has named Jason Ladd its new CFO, effective Oct. 21. 

Tucson (Ariz.) Medical Center has tapped Bradley Hipp as CFO, according to a LinkedIn post from the hospital.

Eunmee Shim, MSN, has been appointed president of OSF HealthCare St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington, Ill., effective Jan. 6.

Nashville, Tenn.-based Envision Healthcare's CFO and CIO are planning to exit the company in the coming months.

Bob Glenning, president of the financial and digital technology services division and CFO of Edison, N.J.-based Hackensack Meridian Health, has shared plans to retire after 18 years with the nonprofit health system, effective Dec. 9, according to an Oct. 28 news release.

Deborah Spielman has been appointed CEO of Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Children's Hospital at Erlanger, effective Oct. 28.

Honolulu-based federally qualified health center Waikiki Health has named Yumiko Molden CFO, according to a post on its LinkedIn page. 

Huntsville (Texas) Memorial Hospital named as Paul Hanson CFO, The Huntsville Item reported Oct. 25. 

Hershey, Pa.-based Penn State Health tapped Deborah Addo as interim CEO Sept. 27, according to an Oct. 25 news release shared with Becker's.

Portland-based Oregon Health & Science University President Danny Jacobs, MD, has decided to step down from his position "after careful consideration and for personal reasons," according to an Oct. 24 news release.

The chief medical officer of two Houston-based Texas Children's two hospitals is set to retire, and the system has promoted two physicians to succeed him.
