1. Jason Ladd was named CFO of Lexington (Ky.) Clinic, a physician-owned group practice.
2. Bradley Hipp was tapped as CFO of Tucson (Ariz.) Medical Center.
3. Bob Glenning, president of the financial services division and CFO of Edison, N.J.-based Hackensack Meridian Health, shared plans to retire.
4. Paul Hanson was appointed CFO of Huntsville (Texas) Memorial Hospital.
