1. 99202 - 99215: An evaluation of a patient, which requires a medically appropriate history and/or examination and straightforward medical decision-making.
2. G0425 - G0427: A telehealth consultation using virtual platforms.
3. G0406 - G0408: A follow-up inpatient telehealth consultation for patients in hospitals.
Virtual check-in:
1. G2012: A five- to 10-minute conversation held with a technology-based service.
2. G2010: Remote evaluation of a patient when they send images or videos to be evaluated, including an interpretation of the media sent and a follow-up within 24 business hours.
E-visits, which are conducted through a patient portal:
1. 99241 - 99243: An evaluation conducted by a physician for a second opinion at the request of another physician.
2. G2061 - G2063: A qualified nonphysician healthcare professional completes a digital evaluation with an established patient for at least five minutes.
Phone calls:
1. 99441 - 99443: A phone call with a physician ranging from five to 30 minutes.
