- Teladoc's access fee revenue increased by 1% to $557 million.

- International revenue grew 13% to $99 million.
- Teladoc's integrated care segment — catering to health plans, employers and health systems — generated $377 million, marking an 8% increase from 2023.
- Membership in the integrated care segment grew by 8%, totaling 92 million.
- Membership in Teladoc's chronic care program grew by 9%, reaching 1.1 million.
- Revenue for Teladoc's virtual mental health segment, BetterHelp, dropped 4% to $269 million due to a decrease in paying users and increased customer acquisition expenses.
The release of the earnings report comes shortly after the company announced that its CEO, Jason Gorevic, is leaving his role, effective immediately.
