Cigna, Amazon execs join American Telemedicine Association policy council

The federal policy director of Cigna will replace an executive from St. Louis-based Ascension as chair of the American Telemedicine Association's policy council, which was also joined by leaders from Amazon and Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health.

The council helps shape the trade association's state and federal policy strategy. The new members as of Jan. 18 are:

— chair Mary Griskewicz, director of federal policy at Cigna.

— Alyssa Keefe, system senior vice president of public policy and advocacy at CommonSpirit Health.

— Leslie Krigstein, vice president of government affairs at Transcarent.

— Sarah-Lloyd Stevenson, senior manager at Amazon.

Ms. Griskewicz takes over the chair duties from Mark Hayes, senior vice president of federal policy and advocacy at Ascension. He will remain on the policy council as immediate past chair.
