St. Vincent Medical Center Northeast in Fishers, Ind., has started construction on a 40-bed inpatient hospital that will expand the current hospital by twofold, according to an Indianapolis Star report.
The inpatient hospital, which is expected to open in 2013, will be part of a facility that opened in 2008 as a free-standing trauma center. The inpatient hospital will include surgical/medical beds and 10 rooms for labor/deliver and recovery services.
