Minneapolis-based Fairview Health Services is planning a $60 million expansion of its 150-bed Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, Minn., according to a Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal report.
The project includes a new 150,000-square-foot specialty care medical office building and the addition of 12 to 16 beds at the hospital.
Fairview Health Services plans to begin construction in the spring of 2013 and complete the expansion by late 2014 or early 2015, according to the report.
