Livingston HealthCare in Montana Plans New Hospital

Livingston (Mont.) HealthCare, an affiliate of the Billings (Mont.) Clinic, plans to break ground on a new hospital next year, according to a Bozeman Daily Chronicle report.

The healthcare organizations recently received a $39.5 million loan from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development to finance the project.

The new 25-bed facility will replace the existing 25-bed hospital and more than 16 other buildings in the city. The new hospital will include a physician clinic and will integrate healthcare services in one location, according to the report.

Livingston HealthCare officials expect to complete the project by the spring or winter of 2015, according to the report.
