GE Healthcare is set to spin off as a standalone public company in the first week of January.
Additionally, GE Healthcare will appoint the following people to its board: Peter Arduini, H. Lawrence Culp Jr., Rodney Hochman, MD, Lloyd Howell, Risa Lavizzo-Mourey, MD, Catherine Lesjak, Anne Madden, Dr. Tomislav Mihaljevic, William Stromberg and Phoebe Yang, according to a Sept. 12 news release from GE.
Mr. Culp will serve as non-executive chair of GE Healthcare.
