Orlando (Fla.) Health has entered into an agreement with global technology-enabled care delivery provider Biofourmis to use its tools to power its hospital-at-home program.
Orlando Health's hospital-at-home program, which is slated to launch in early 2023, will use Biofourmis tools that can continuously collect vital signs and physiologic signals, according to a Jan. 23 news release from Biofourmis.
The health system will also use the company's Biovitals Analytics Engine that can create personalized care plans for each patient.
Through the program, patients will also have access to their providers through home visits, as well as virtual visits and other communication through a patient app.
