Ohio's Avita Health Looks to Rent Former Crestline Hospital Facility

Galion, Ohio-based Avita Health System is finalizing a contract to rent the building of former Crestline (Ohio) Hospital with an option to buy, according to a Bucyrus Telegraph Forum report.

The health system plans to use the hospital building for administrative services. The hospital is still under the authorization of Crestline Community Improvement Corporation. Avita expects to finalize the agreement June 1 after a meeting with the corporation's board of directors.
