Representatives from Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island in Pawtucket and Care New England Health System in Providence, R.I., have announced they are discussing a partnership.
Memorial Hospital officials began exploring opportunities for a partnership more than a year ago. According to the release, both organizations believe their cultures fit strongly, their services are complementary and that a partnership would increase the value of healthcare available to the region.
