Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, Wyo., is considering an affiliation with three Denver-based healthcare providers — HealthOne, University of Colorado Health and Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System, according to a Laramie Boomerang report.
The hospital's board toured the facilities of each organization earlier this week, but no decision was made on which provider Ivinson Memorial will partner with. According to the report, the board will request more information from each provider and will continue discussions into July.
The hospital began considering a possible partnership last fall. A few transaction options are being considered, including an affiliation with a provider and a non-profit 501(c)(3) lease agreement, according to the report.
