Chester County Hospital and Health System in West Chester, Pa., is seeking a partner to help it gain access to capital for investment in facilities, programs and new technologies, according to a Daily Local News report.
Michael J. Duncan, president and CEO of Chester County Hospital and Health System, said the hospital has been working with a large investment banking firm to identify a list of organizations as potential partners, according to the report. The list, which is expected to be completed in about six weeks, could include both non-profit and for-profit systems.
The hospital is also open to forming a partnership with other independent hospitals, according to the report.
