Englewood, Colo.-based Catholic Health Initiatives completed its acquisition of St. Luke's Episcopal Health System in Houston from the Episcopal Diocese of Texas.
2. Alameda Health Requests $20M to Keep San Leandro Open Before Sale
The Eden Township Healthcare District board of directors tabled a decision on providing $20 million to keep San Leandro (Calif.) Hospital open during its transition to a new owner.
3. Natchez Regional Hospital to Conduct Feasibility Study
On the advice of hospital trustees, the Adams County board of supervisors will pursue a feasibility study to explore the sale or lease of Natchez (Miss.) Regional Medical Center.
