Cincinnati-based health system TriHealth has acquired the primary care-focused Family Medical Group, according to a Cincinnati Enquirer report.
The 10-physician medical group based in Cincinnati had invested in an electronic medical record system and is a certified patient-centered medical home, according to the report.
Family medical group will join TriHealth's physician practices group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, according to the report.
