Orlando-based Florida Hospital Medical Group is planning to add 300 to 400 physicians by 2015, according to an Orlando Business Journal report.
Currently, physicians represent 300 of the medical group's total 1,530 employees. The multispecialty group, which consists of 41 specialties and 110 practice locations, plans to add another 100 physicians this year alone. FHMG is currently examining its options to increase space, as its two-story medical office is full.
The medical group recently acquired the 15-physician Winter Park (Fla.) Urology and also entered a clinical affiliation with CVS Caremark's MinuteClinic.
