Shawn Bolouki is no longer CEO of Tulare (Calif.) Regional Medical Center, according to a Visalia Times-Delta report.
Mr. Bolouki's future at Tulare Regional Medical was unclear before his annual review April 27. According to the report, April 27 was his last day as CEO. The reason for his departure was not released.
Current CNO, Pat Mathewson, will lead the hospital as it searches for an interim CEO.
