ONC has announced its fourth video challenge, asking patients and/or healthcare providers to create videos on how health information technology aids medication management.
The Managing Meds Video Challenge asks patients to create short, inspiring videos on how health IT has helped them effectively manage their medications and/or support others to take their medications as directed, according to the release. Healthcare providers may also participate by demonstrating how health IT such as e-prescribing and electronic health records systems support prescribing patients accurate medications and dosages and preventing drug-drug interactions.
The videos must be no longer than two minutes and must direct viewers to www.HealthIT.gov for more information. To learn how to participate in the video challenge, click here.
