Three senior vice presidents at software giant VMware are leaving the company as Broadcom looks to acquire the company for $61 billion, The Wall Street Journal first reported Dec. 12.
The three executives:
Mark Lohmeyer: SVP of cloud infrastructure
Ajay Patel: SVP of applications and management
Tom Gillis: SVP of networking and advanced security
A VMware spokesperson told the Journal the company hired four people to replace the departing leaders.
