Even as it has been laying off tens of thousands of employees, Amazon has pledged to continue pursuing its healthcare business.
Here are six healthcare jobs the tech giant is hiring for:
1. Controlled Substance Compliance Manager, Amazon Pharmacy: Will oversee the controlled substance compliance program and integrity team.
2. Government Programs Compliance Manager, Amazon Health Services: Will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day operations of Amazon Health's government programs compliance pillar, supporting Amazon Pharmacy.
3. Account Executive, Amazon Business Healthcare: Will be responsible for both building and managing a territory of customers, focused on selling solutions for common industry problems.
4. Area Manager of Pharmacy Fulfillment, Amazon Pharmacy: Will oversee and manage a team of 10 to 25 pharmacy technicians.
5. IT Support Technician, Pharmacy IT Services: Will work with Amazon Pharmacy teams to provide and support the IT equipment and services they need.
6. Pharmacy Technician, Fulfillment, Amazon Pharmacy: Will enter prescriptions into the pharmacy filling system with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, and support other pharmacy teams (customer experience, billing, shipping) as needed.
