Health technology company ClareCloud has begun rolling out chronic care management technology CareCloud Wellness to providers.
CareCloud Wellness is now offered in 12 states and. CareCloud Wellness is currently being used by nine different practice specialties, according to an Aug. 29 CareCloud news release.
