The Medical and health industry offers the most remote jobs compared to other fields, according to a FlexJobs report.
The finding is based on a FlexJobs' analysis of the job posting history of more than 49,000 companies. The analysis showed medical and health organizations posted the most "remote friendly" jobs. For the purposes of the analysis, remote friendly jobs were defined as those with an element of telecommuting. After the medical and health field, the computer and IT industry posted the most remote friendly jobs. Other fields in FlexJobs' top seven industries with the most remote jobs were education and training, sales, customer service, accounting and finance, and travel and hospitality.
Additionally, FlexJobs listed various healthcare companies among the top 25 companies for remote jobs, including Aetna and UnitedHealth Group.
