Children's Healthcare of Atlanta will hire hundreds of recent nursing graduates this year, according to a WSB-TV report.
Megan Grove, vice president of human resources at the hospital, told the TV station the hiring allows nurses to "put their hands on and apply what they're learning" in a pediatric setting.
According to the report, the hiring process is so competitive that Children's Healthcare of Atlanta sometimes offers moving allowances, and employees have an on-site concierge to run personal errands like picking up dry cleaning.
