Wisconsin system CEO to step down

Scott McConnaha is stepping down as president and CEO of the Manitowoc, Wis.-based  Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity Sponsored Ministries, according to a news release shared with Becker's.

Mr. McConnaha's last day with the system will be Dec. 19, the release said. Tim Loch, who has been CFO and vice president of finance at FSCCM since 2019, will take on the role of interim CEO until a permanent replacement is found.

Mr. McConnaha joined FSCC Sponsored Ministries in 2008, initially serving as director of corporate relations and then as vice president of mission and strategy. He has helmed the health system since 2018.

"For more than 16 years, I have been blessed with the opportunity to help promote and extend the Sisters' mission and ministry," Mr. McConnaha said in the release.

"These past six years as the system's CEO have been quite rewarding and humbling. My  decision to leave this wonderful organization has been made after many months of prayerful  discernment. I am very proud of everything we've accomplished over the past several years. I  recognize that it's now time to pass the baton to someone with the energy and fresh ideas to  lead this ministry into its next exciting chapter."

FSCC Sponsored Ministries operates a network of acute and long-term care facilities across Wisconsin, Nebraska and Ohio.
