The American Bar Association Health Law Section and Becker's Hospital Review announce the Fourth Annual Law Firm Regional Top 10 Recognition lists for the Midwest, Northeast, South, Southeast & DC and West regions. The Top 10 lists represent the firms, by region, that have the largest number of Health Law Section members.
As the voice of the health law bar, the ABA Health Law Section is a unique member-run group that depends on the support and commitment of this nation's most influential health law attorneys. Emphasis is placed on regional member participation because American healthcare is inherently regional in its organization and delivery. Section Chair C. Joyce Hall of Watkins & Eager PLLC in Jackson, Miss., notes, "These firms have shown a deep dedication to the practice of health law and the ABA and we wish to recognize their contribution to the profession."
The Top 10 lists reflect the law firms that value the leading educational programming, networking, policy activities, cutting-edge publications and other opportunities offered to their lawyers by the ABA Health Law Section. The Section's diverse membership includes lawyers in private practice, in-house lawyers, solo and government lawyers; academics and law students; and physicians, nurses and healthcare consultants that reflect its national character.
