Claremont, N.H.-based Valley Regional Healthcare entered into a telehealth partnership with Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center Dec. 7, WMUR-TV reports.
Under the partnership, staff at Claremont-based Valley Regional Hospital will be able to access emergency clinicians at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center 24/7 through video conferencing technology. Valley Regional Hospital staff will be able to use the telehealth capability for second opinion services or to help with specific tasks, such as clinical documentation.
Valley Regional Hospital will pay a monthly fee for the service. Hospital officials did not disclose the cost to WMUR-TV.
