Teladoc Health has released its earnings results for the third quarter of 2018.
Here are four things to know about the Purchase, N.Y.-based telehealth vendor's financial performance:
1. Teladoc posted $111 million in revenue for the third quarter, up 62 percent from $68.6 million during the same period last year.
2. Subscription access fees comprised most of Teladoc's third-quarter revenue at $96.6 million, up 60 percent from the third quarter of 2017. Teladoc attributed its remaining revenue to visit fees.
3. Teladoc posted a $23.3 million net loss, down 25 percent from the $31.3 million net loss the company reported during the third quarter of 2017.
4. The company expects its revenue for full-year 2018 to be in the range of $414 million to $416 million.
