UnitedAg, an agricultural trade organization representing companies in California and Arizona, expanded its members' access to Teladoc's virtual care platform to facilitate second opinion services.
UnitedAg first teamed up with Teladoc in 2015 to provide general medical services to its members, and last year, it expanded its offerings to include telebehavioral health, dermatology and smoking cessation. Now, all of the health plans' 45,000 members are able to use Teladoc's Best Doctors Expert Second Opinion service to address chronic, complicated health conditions.

Knowing that whether they have a child with the flu, or they themselves are suffering with a significant illness and need an expert second opinion, the best care can be sought with a phone call or click of an app."
