eClinicalWorks launched a telehealth solution on its Health & Online Wellness mobile app June 7.
The feature, called TeleVisits, provides patients with the option to connect with a clinician via a live video visit on their smartphone. TeleVisits is integrated into eClinicalWorks' EHR platforms, so information submitted or shared by patients during a telehealth visit can be directly imported into their EHR.
"In today's digital health age, patients are interested in care solutions that offer quicker delivery and flexibility," said Girish Navani, CEO and co-founder of eClinicalWorks. "Additionally, providers are seeing benefits with increased patient engagement and streamlined workflow."
