Zoom is the most popular platform providers use for telehealth visits, according to research released Nov. 15 by GoodRx.

During August and September, GoodRx surveyed 624 U.S. healthcare providers. Below are the 12 platforms they reported using for telehealth, ranked by most used to least. Respondents were allowed to select all options that applied.
