The Food and Drug Administration on Monday approved Allergan's dermal filler for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds.
Here are four things to know.
1. Juvederm Vollure XC is approved for patients 21 years and older.
2. The dermal filler is a gel product made from several types of hyaluronic acid.
2. The treatment lasts for up to 18 months.
3. Alelrgan said Juvederm Vollure XC will be available to physicians this April.
