Arlington-based Texas Health Resources has unveiled plans for a population health, education and innovation center, which will be led by Tricia Nguyen, MD.
Dr. Nguyen formerly served as CMO of Phoenix-based Banner Health Network. In her new role, she will serve as president of the Texas Health Population Health, Education & Innovation Center and executive vice president of population health for the 25-hospital Texas Health Resources system.
The center will serve as the nexus for sharing best practices, leading physician-led population health initiatives and coordinating community-based wellness collaborations, according to the news release.
