Barry Wolfman, the new CEO of George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C., is developing an updated strategic plan for the hospital, according to a Washington Business Journal report.
The hospital is working with its two major business partners, GW Medical Faculty Associates and George Washington University, to expand service lines to meet the demands of an aging, growing patient population, according to the report. Specifically, the hospital will focus on surgery, the neonatal intensive care unit and women's services.
