Minnesota residents receive the best healthcare in the U.S. and those in West Virginia receive the worst, according to an analysis released July 31 by WalletHub, a personal finance website.
To determine the best and worst states for healthcare, WalletHub compared the 50 states and the District of Columbia across 44 metrics of healthcare cost, access and outcomes. The metrics ranged from cost of medical visit to share of non-immunized children. Read more about the methodology here.
