North Dakota Holds Forum Regarding Its Health Insurance Exchange

The North Dakota Insurance Department recently held a forum to gather public input on the creation of the state's health insurance exchange, according to a Minot Daily News report.

According to the report, attendees voiced their feelings that the state should operate the program, although many also had concerns about the feasibility of the exchanges to succeed.

Information from this and future meetings will be presented to North Dakota legislators, who will decide in November if they want a state-run exchange or a federal government-run exchange.
