For HIPAA-covered hospitals and other healthcare providers finalizing their Version 5010 upgrade, CMS has created four fact sheets to better understand and manage the upgrade.
Healthcare providers have until the end of this month to complete the upgrade. Here are the four Version 5010 fact sheets courtesy of CMS:
