Tris Pharma expanded a nationwide recall of its infant ibuprofen over concentration issues, according to USA Today.
The drugmaker said the affected products may contain a higher concentration of ibuprofen than indicated on the label.
Tris Pharma first announced the voluntary recall in December, saying it involved products sold under Walmart, CVS Pharmacy and Family Dollar brands. The expanded recall affects more products made for CVS and Walmart.
Tris Pharma said it has not received any reports of adverse events linked to the recalled products.
