The Beryl Institute kicked off its Patient Experience Conference 2012 yesterday in Fort Worth, Texas, with a video illustrating the role of every hospital employee in patient experience.
The video, which features hospital workers of all levels holding cards that read "I am the Patient Experience," was shown to the conference's attendees. The annual event brings together healthcare executives, practitioners and researchers focused on improving the patient experience.
On Tuesday, The Beryl Institute's sister organization, BerylHealth, announced it has partnered with Baird Group to provide hospitals and health systems targeted solutions to improve customer services and patient experience.
