Community Mercy Health Partners in Ohio Plans $14.9M Office Building

Springfield, Ohio-based Community Mercy Health Partners and Springfield Physicians will begin constructing a $14.9 million medical office building at Springfield (Ohio) Regional Medical Center this month, according to a Springfield News-Sun report.

The 80,000-square-foot building will provide healthcare, diagnostic treatment and physician services. The facility will connect to the $235 million Springfield Regional Medical Center that CMHP opened last November.

The Springfield Regional Imaging Center will relocate to the new office building. The hospital will also lease sections of the building to physicians and healthcare specialists in the area. The Children’s Medical Center of Dayton (Ohio) will move its specialty care center to the new building in 2013.

Construction is expected to be completed by November 2013.
