Lane Regional Medical Center in Zachary, La., a hospital client of Quorum Health Resources, recently received the Pathway to Excellence honor from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, according to a QHR news release.
The 141-bed hospital received the highest nursing recognition for a hospital its size from the American Nurses Association. The recognition is given to healthcare environments where nurses can flourish. It is granted based on criteria that includes an environment that fosters nursing job satisfaction and retention.
