Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is predicting "sharp disagreement" among members of the Court regarding upcoming rulings, including the decision on the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, according to a CNN report.
"The term has been more than usually taxing, some have called it the term of the century," Justice Ginsburg said at an event Friday.
At the American Constitution Society's annual review of the Court on Friday, Justice Ginsburg did not give any hint as to how the court will decide on the PPACA. She did, however, lighten up the crowd in attendance with a joke about looming speculation, according to the report.
"At the Supreme Court, those who know don't talk," Justice Ginsburg said. "And those who talk don't know."
