Hospital Prices Up 0.3% in April

Hospital prices increased 0.3 percent in April, according to the latest statistics from the Bureau of Labor Statistics' Producer Price Index.

The overall healthcare industry saw a 0.2 percent price increase in April, while physician offices saw a 0.1 percent dip. The PPI measures the average change over time in the selling prices received by domestic producers for their output.
