The healthcare industry saw a 0.2 percent increase in employment last month, according to the latest statistics from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Since January, there has been a steady increase healthcare employment. The healthcare industry as whole added approximately 26,000 jobs in March, with a majority (12,100 jobs) coming from the ambulatory healthcare sector. Hospitals added another 8,100 jobs.
