The healthcare industry added 49,000 jobs in February, according to the latest statistics released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
A detailed breakout of that statistic shows a little more than 28,000 jobs were added to the ambulatory healthcare industry, 15,400 jobs to the hospital industry and 5,400 jobs to the nursing and residential care industry.
