U.S. House minority leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has made public a prediction of how the Supreme Court justices will vote on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act in June.
Rep. Pelosi predicted the nine justices would vote "6 to 3 in favor" of the 2010 landmark healthcare law at a Tuesday luncheon in New York City at the Paley Center for Media. The full video of Pelosi's discussion is on the center's website.
This is an about-face from what she said a week ago, according to The Hill. Last week, Ms. Pelosi said, "I have no idea — none of us does" when asked how she thought the Supreme Court would rule later this year.
